Means Daniel keeps his word. When he says he’ll do something, he does it. He shows up to appointments on time or calls to re-schedule.

Responsiveness:
Daniel will most often answer his cell phone, or will return your call in a timely manner. He is available to hear your needs and concerns and do will always do his best to meet them.

Honesty:
Means Daniel never lies or misleads his clients. He will never make a recommendation for your trees based on financial interests. He always gives advice based on what he thinks is best for you and your trees.

Excellence:
Means Daniel takes pride in doing a great job that is completed as agreed, with attention to detail, care for your property, and great clean up. Daniel wants more than happy customers; he wants each and every customer to be thrilled with the customer service and excellence in job completion.

Experience: 
Daniel has been doing tree work since 1982, though experience means much more than just “doing tree work for a long time”. In the 2001 Daniel began an intensive study of arboriculture on the internet, which led him to meeting his climbing teacher, John Grier. John, though retired now, was one of the best tree climbers to have ever walked the face of this earth. Through learning from John, and Daniel’s continued studies on the internet, Daniel has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience, in climbing, rigging, tree falling, and chain saw technique that is far beyond anyone in the area. Daniel has worked hurricanes from Hugo in 1989, to Isabel in 2003, and Charlie/Jeanne/Francis in 2004. A month of hurricane clean is about equivalent to a year of doing regular tree work, and this “combat” experience further ads to Daniel’s depth of experience.
